A robot is a highly integrated system of science and technology, and its
design and development requires the full competence in mechanics, electronics,
and information technologies.
The proud faculty of the Department of Robotics are specialists in the
major areas of robotics, more specifically, motion control, computer vision,
intelligent control system, material processing, speech processing, and
artificial intelligence.
Students will acquire the basic scholarship of
robotics, and then, will have plenty of opportunities of learning advanced
topics including two-legged robots and industrial robots through hands-on
activities. They finally work on prototyping robots, combining
all their acquired skills, in their graduation studies. | |
